Self-exclusion runs through a written request to msaada@betika-tanzania.com stating the measure and the period, with proof that the account's mobile number is registered in your name. The minimum exclusion is six months, extendable or permanent at your request, and the account is suspended within 12 hours of complete documentation. Bets placed before suspension still settle; a new account opened during exclusion is closed and its winnings voided. Reactivation is possible only by email after the minimum period, and where exclusion followed addiction or problem gambling, the operator requires written confirmation from a certified medical practitioner, regulator or counsellor.

Gambling under 18 is illegal in Tanzania.
