Payouts at Betika Tanzania run on fixed rails: a TSh 500 minimum, a processing window of 09:00 to 20:00, and daily caps that depend on whether the money goes to a mobile wallet or a shop counter. The numbers below come from the operator's published terms.

Every mobile-money channel shares the same floor and the same daily ceiling; the shop counter is the high-limit route. One clause surprises night players: withdrawal requests made between midnight and 06:00 are limited to TSh 500,000 per wallet.

A request placed after 20:00 queues until the window reopens at 09:00; that timing, not a lost payment, explains most overnight "money not reflecting" reports.

What can hold a payout
Three clauses in the operator's terms can legitimately slow a withdrawal. Betika may verify the validity of any bet or win before paying it out. Funds credited to your account in error can be reversed, even retrospectively. And withdrawals linked to what the operator reasonably believes is irregular activity can be withheld while it is reviewed.
If a payout stalls inside the published window, the practical route is the support email msaada@betika-tanzania.com with the transaction reference; if the dispute is about a settled bet or a crash game, the terms route final adjudication to the Gaming Board of Tanzania.
True cost
Charges, tax and the bonus rule
Three deductions shape what actually lands. Withdrawal charges follow the mobile-money provider's tariffs and can change with those tariffs; SMS services carry their own charges. Winnings arrive net of withholding tax, deducted before payout at 12% for sports and 15% for online casino play. And bonus balances are not withdrawable cash, with jackpot bonus winnings the single exception.

Plan around the 09:00–20:00 window and the TSh 500,000 wallet cap; split larger cash-outs across days or use a shop counter up to TSh 3,000,000 per mobile number. Charges, taxes and caps apply to every player equally, and gambling is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.
